About Us

ZnL Productions (formerly Steglich Ross and Associates) is a joint venture between two long time friends, Zita Steglich-Ross and Lori L. Burke, bringing their passion for music along with their event, conference and festival planning and execution expertise to host the South Florida Smooth Jazz Festival, Saturday, April 30, 2022.
Building on the solid foundation of the successful Davie Jazz Festival April 2019, we will bring, internationally known musical entertainers, local bands, diverse food vendors and fine art and crafts to the beautiful Miramar Regional Park. This one day event is expected to draw few thousand attendees and will be promoted regionally and nationally. We’ve obtained 501(c)3 status and our mission is support youth programs in the Broward County that are interested in the arts.

Please note: ZnL Productions is committed to hosting live Covid smart events. We will maximize touchless ticketing, seat distancing and increased disinfecting protocols. We will adhere to local government and mandate face masks for all attendees and staff.

The Davie Jazz Society (South Florida Smooth Jazz Festival support team) was founded in 2018 by a group of dignitaries, humanitarians, business leaders, musicians and jazz lovers committed to elevating the image of jazz and its artists in the community.

The mission of the Davie Jazz Society was formed to support the first jazz festival in the town’s history. We also promote and honor the legacy of jazz and ensure its future by identifying and nurturing the emerging jazz musicians of tomorrow. This effort has garnered both an endorsement by the Thelonious Monk Institute of Jazz in Washington DC and the worldwide UNESCO agency and a valuable partnership with Orange County, Seminole County, and Broward County School Boards and the Lisa Maile School. The research, dedication, and diligence to the mission and programs resulted in a PBS Artisode Documentary called “Music and Mentoring” which stems from the heritage music we call JAZZ.
